Meet Jhanvi Hirpara, a young girl from Surat, born deaf and mute. Life wasn't easy for her. She couldn't play freely with children of her age, was often left out, bullied, and forced to keep to herself. But there was one thing she always held close; her imagination. Since she couldn't speak, she found a way to express her feelings: she drew. Hungry? She drew food. Wanted something from her parents? She sketched it. Art became her secret language with the world.
Her parents, Mr. Jagdish and Mrs. Asmita Hirpara, tried everything; treatments, therapies, and hearing aids, but nothing seemed to work. The family's hope dimmed with every passing year.

The speech and hearing clinic, led by Mr. Chetan Patel, examined Jhanvi and discovered that her hearing problem was indeed treatable. The only challenge?
